Prophetic Art

Art can really be prophetic sometimes. It's like God's way of communicating through the artist.

 While working on "Stranglehold" 2 years ago, I had no set person in mind for the character of Yaughn. Yaughn serves as a mentor figure to Monica in the story.
Yaughn's real life persona has taken the form of my mentor/supervisor at my position at Charleston Southern- Prof Speyers. I find the resemblance uncanny, and only if I knew the character design was going to yield importance 2 years ago.
